The Agristack range of 'end of line' palletisation systems offered by Bradley Engineering are fast, reliable and robust, suited to all types of packaging lines.  All the production steps from mechanical and electrical design, offline robotic simulation, build and test, to installation and customer support is offered in house.

We are committed to providing quality palletisation solutions to new and existing customers.  With both new and refurbished robot options, turnkey and bespoke, there is a palletising solution to fit every budget and capacity.

Why Robots?

With various options on the market why choose an Agristack Robot?

There are many benefits to robotic automation, with robotic palletisers gaining in popularity and now overtaking traditional methods of end of line palletising.  Some of the features where robotics are beneficial include:

> Increased efficiency and reduced lifetime operational cost

> A more versatile machine which can be quickly re-deployed to a different task, such as  palletising different bag tyes or boxes

> Increased production output whilst reducing labour and material waste

> Complying with safety rules and improving workplace health and safety - especially important when palletising by hand

> Greater re-sale value due to the robot being more desireable into wider markets

Design

Following a site visit to confirm layout and dimensions detailed CAD models of components are created ready for manufacture.  Electrical, Mechanical and System deisgn is undertaken.

If a custom end effector, conveyor or other component is needed then it will be designed and tested using the latest FEA software before being built.

Simulate

Simulation gives us the confidence that there will be fewer problems when building your machine.  It allows us to test clearances against objects such as guarding and pre-write the programme before uploading into the robot.

We also simulate loading and forces on components to pre-emtively determine if and when a component may break, meaning we can strengthen them to keep your machine working for longer.

Build & Test

We have a dedicated workshop space for robotic projects.  This gives us the time and room to build and test every machine before it is sent out for installation.

New developments are often tested on our own farm which gives us real world data and experiences to make sure our machines are fit for purpose.

We take pride in our build process and you as a customer can visit and see your machine working before delivery.

Install & Commission

With so much time spent during the design, simulate and build and test phases, installation typically only takes 2 days.

Part of the Installation and commissioning process is operator training to allow you to utilise your palletiser to its maximum potential.
